What's the process for booking KINGA BAND?
We've made the process very simple to book KINGA BAND. Simply complete the booking request form above and be sure to include all of the essential details (e.g. type of event, the date, the time, etc.). Management will be in contact with you within 48 hours or less to draft a performance agreement for your live event.
How much does it cost to book KINGA BAND?
The cost to book KINGA BAND is contingent upon several factors, including the type of event, the length of the performance, and the location of the event. A non-refundable R5,000 (approximately $315) deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit covers expenses related to in-studio rehearsals and instrument rentals.
What can I expect to experience when I book KINGA BAND?
You can expect to be on your feet dancing the entire time of KINGA BAND's performance. You can also expect for you and your guests to be talking about the success of your live event for years to come. Lastly, you can expect a seamless, professional service where deadlines and commitments are fulfilled without hesitation.
If my event gets cancelled, can I request a refund?
We know that unforeseen circumstances can disrupt your plans. That's why we offer a flexible refund policy and payment plan. We also make an effort to reschedule for a mutually agreed upon date. Refunds (excluding the non-refundable deposit) are contingent upon the payment terms established in the performance agreement.
